The Combination Laminate Punch is a self-
unit designed
to punch a 4-
combination format into 0.1mm to 0.8mm
thick FR4, and up to
1.6mm and 3.2mm with different die clearances.
The machine punches the combination by means of a unique
sliding beam that
moves backwards and forwards to the desired
position for each particular panel
size. The sliding beam carries
the punch and die assembly for edge location, plus
the offset
hole part of the 4-
The three other slot punches for the 4-
are carried
in 'C' frame units that also move backwards and
forwards to the desired position
for each particular size.
Back and side stops are also fitted to aid repeatability of punching.
